Whilst far from obese, M wanted to lose 'a few pounds' so that clothes fitted well and she felt comfortable in them.
Using the 'Weight Loss' programme she lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks and was quite happily leaving food on her plate that she did not need. Since then she has lost a further 7 lbs and can enjoy clothes shopping again.

Bookshops are full of diet books, and magazines are full of adverts for one diet or another. Yet the fact is that most people who go on diets end up putting weight back on that they lost initially. There are a number of reasons for this; many of which relate to the obsession with food that dieting itself causes.
Most overweight people are overeating not because they are hungry but because they feel bored, anxious, stressed or lonely. These feelings will never be satisfied by food.
My method of weight-loss therapy is not a diet. It involves re-examining your attitude to the food that you eat, disentangling 'hungry' eating from 'emotional' eating and using hypnotherapy to reset your eating habits.
This will lead you to eat more healthily, naturally and without the external pressure of having a diet imposed upon you.
Because this is a natural process it soon becomes 'second nature', with the consequence that you don't put weight back on as soon as you achieve your desired weight or size.
